Because of the personalized, made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Order Accuracy:
Before placing your order, double-check all details, including size, color, and design, as these cannot be changed once your order is processed. -
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your order arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at MRMCustomers@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the item. We’ll happily send a replacement at no extra charge. -
Wrong Item Received:
If we made an error and you received the wrong item, we will correct this by sending the right one at no cost to you. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the wrong item. -
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size, color, or style due to customer error, as each product is made on demand.
